Your right to cancel (UK distance selling)
You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason. You then have 14 days to send the items back.
Return conditions
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/accessories.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Sale items can be refunded [state your rule: yes/no].
How to start a return
Email contact@vibressastore.com with your order number, item(s) and reason. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs
• Change of mind: customer pays return postage.
• Faulty/incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return costs or send a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Shipping fees are [non-refundable/refundable if entire order is returned—choose].
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order; or request an exchange if available.
Damaged or faulty items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
